Practice Support

The HealthPathways Sydney Team want to ensure that you are using the site to its full potential. If your practice is within the Sydney Local Health District region (see the green region of the map below) the Program Team are available to provide in practice support on setting up HealthPathways on your web browser, desktop or on your practice software (if using Medical Director or PenCS Topbar). The program team can also provide guidance on how to navigate the website and ensure that you are up to date with all the new clinical pathways and referral information and resources now available.

Booking a HealthPathways Practice Visit

To arrange a HealthPathways support visit to your Practice please email: SLHD-HealthPathways@health.nsw.gov.au providing the name of your practice, contact name and when you would prefer a visit. Support visits are conducted Monday - Friday  8-4pm, other times can be accommodated upon request. Alternatively you can call Paul Bennett, HealthPathways Program Manager on 0477735472.
